Status as of March 13th
All Members,
Updates as of March 13th:
1. We have paid off the Line of Credit with Vision Bank for insurance assessment.
2. We have the new beach concession servicing our beach.
3. The Paint Date is set for April 28th - Please send e-mail to me if your interested in helping
4. I should receive an estimate on wireless service to our complex in the next week.
5. We need to increase our bank reserve . We missed some payments because of the hurricanes and insurance. Probably need to make at least 5,000 dollar payment to reserve now and another payment at the end of the year.
6. Currently have 18,000 in checking with another 1/3 of insurance assessment still due. We need to start managing these amounts in money market accounts to get the most income to be prepared for insurance payments next year.
7. Our complex currently has 245,000 in assets and 0 liabilities. This is a very strong financial statement for our complex. This allows use to continue think about keeping our complex competitive with the new complexes and prepare for future insurance payments.
