Status as of Feb 9th (Big Day)

This is a Big Day in the recovery from Ivan and Katrina.

We have completed the last task on the list. The sign has been attached to the building (see pictures below).

So , we only have maintanence items left to complete.

Feb. 2007 - Planning another Paint Day

All Condo Association Members,

I'm planning another Paint Day for April 28th. We need to finish Lobbies for 1-4. I need help on Friday the 27th to pressure wash the walls to prepare for Sat work. I need at least one person to use the Water Vac on the floors once I finish.

Then on Saturday we need to finish Lobby walls for 1-4 floors.

I will also get someone to go thru the building and identify any handy man work needed after spring break.

We need about 5 people on a floor so if we could get around 12 people for the weekend then I think we could finish the lobby walls by 1:00 on Saturday.

This time we are having dinner together afterwards……

This would leave the fall clean-up day working on the lobby floors and I think we could actually finish the floors in one work day using the road paint.

Also we are trying to form a committee to work on insurance coverage for next year. Currently, Bill Roberts will lead the committee and we probably need at least two other people to help him. If you have any experience or would like to help please e-mail Bill.

Please remember this is your Association (not the elected board) and it really helps when we have everyone's input on items.
