Status as of 10/13/2006

All,

The insurance quote was delivered the beginning of the week for 191,096.94. We had another broker with a different carrier create an offer but we didn't get the offer until the end of business on Oct. 12th and we had to give renewal on the current policy that afternoon and the policy had some different wording. The other carrier would have been been cheaper but we couldn't be sure we had the same type of policy. I believe that next year we can get at least two quotes and can lower the amount as long as we don't have claims next year.

1 bedroom - 4061.95 monthly 338.50 this will be up from 54.91

Paint Day on Saturday Oct. 28th

Meet in Lower Level lobby at 8:00 -12:00
Paint 6th and 5th floor lobby walls
We have 8 people who will be available to help paint.

I will pressure wash the lobbies on 5 and 6 on Oct. 27th
