Current Status 05/10/2006

All,

The clean-up weekend was a blast. We actually accomplished a lot with 16 people.

1. Painted the Lobby and ceilings on the Ground, 7th, and 8th floor
2. Painted the Stairwell from 1st floor down in East and West.
3. Aligned many of the complex doors and gates and changed out locks
4. Cut out the hanging metal and old wood from the old pool fence that was in the parking area.
5. Cleaned around dryer vents on all floors
6. Cleaned banisters in the stairwell
Items complete prior to clean-up weekend
1. Grill installation and pavers
2. Pool heater


Items still left to Finish:
1. Sign -- Hopefully finished by Memorial Weekend
2. Getting Parking spot blocks - on site -need someone to attach to spot
3. Ordering Pool Furniture 16 lounge and 2 tables with 8 chairs -- color of complex -delivered memorial weekend
4. 1st floor -Fire doors replaced - hopefully replaced by memorial weekend - Eye sore for people staying on first floor.
5. Paid off the line of credit from Katrina-done
7. Complete all items left in room 101 - working thru issues
8. Gate on 7th floor hinges and pool gate
9. Estimate for painting 1-6 floor lobby

I'm hoping to maybe have a clean-up day in the morning and the meeting in the afternoon. You don't want to miss this event... this was fun for everyone.....
