Current status 7/20

Completed:
1. Received the tables and chairs for pool area
2. Cleaned storm drain on the East side of the building. This was causing problems with drainage from complex for Heating/Air units.
3. Received estimates on Complex Sign from 1500-3400 dollars --this seem too much for this late in the year. I had hoped for a sign in the 500 -700 dollar range. We can discuss in the yearly meeting about what we should do.
4. Not completed --but starting the process to label parking spots --If you have a spot please send me an e-mail with room number and spot number. kwoodracer@yahoo.com



Still working on
1. 1st Floor Fire door replacement – unable to get any estimates (8 weeks waiting on estimate)
2. Still working on 1st-6th floor painting lobbies - unable to get any estimates (8 weeks waiting on estimate)
3. Label Parking Spots -starting process
4. Rekeying Doors
5. Room 101 – incorrect order installed and needs to be redone.

Items to discuss at Association meeting:
1. WI-FI for the complex
2. Venting lobby and Hallways
3. Engineer review of building
4. Ballots delivered prior to Association meeting.
5. How to handle increase in Insurance - Assessment?
6. Complex Sign
7. Discuss what to do about Lobby floor 1-8? I would like to think about adding tile to the floors like the bottom lobby.
