Updates for Tropic Isles for 2007:
New Fire Doors installed on First Floor
Sign should be installed on the front of the building in the color of the roof by second week of February.
We have changed the beach concession service for 2007. The new company is Suncoast - - website is http://www.thesuncoastdifference.com/

Items that still need work:
Painting of lobbies for floors 1-4.
Painting the floors on each lobby.
Discuss the insurance coverage for next year. – Need a committee to research.
Painting the front of the complex – rust streaks.
Wireless options for complex – see attachment – This information is under review and I’m looking for input before opening discussion to board.
Ballots for annual board meeting
Moving trash bins from under the building.
