Current Status as of 6/6/2006

Items completed:
1.Received 16 lounge chairs – I spend one day of my vacation unwrapping chairs and removing old furniture.
2.Completed 7th floor painting and touch-up on Lobby walls – I spent another morning doing touch-up painting
3.Parking spots installed.
4.Gate on 7th floor completed.

** The only way the complex is going to stay in it’s current shape is if every owner when visiting takes a few minutes a day to straighten up and do a little work around the complex**
Every couple of afternoons organized the pool area with off setting colored chairs – took about 15 minutes while on vacation.
Took toys and floats that were left around the pool area for longer than 2 days and deposited in trash.



Items still on List:
1.Still need the delivery of 8 chairs and 2 tables for pool area. The company couldn’t complete prior to Memorial Weekend. I spoke with the guy this week and he promised to have the tables and the correct chairs by end of June.
2.Still working on 1st Floor Fire door replacement – unable to get any estimates (6 weeks waiting on estimate)
3.Still working on 1st-6th floor painting lobbies - unable to get any estimates (6 weeks waiting on estimate)
4.Complex Sign - unable to get any estimates (6 weeks waiting on estimate)
5.Label Parking Spots
6.Rekeying Doors
7.Paint Floor on each Level.
8.Complete Room 101 – waiting on owner to review room.

Items to discuss at Association meeting:
1.WI-FI for the complex
2.Venting lobby and Hallways
3.Engineer review of building
4.Ballots delivered prior to Association meeting.
